Hi! I need help! There's this guy I like. I had his sister ask him about me just to get a general feel of how he feels to figure out if there is any point in pursuing it further. Well when his sister asked if he would ever give me a chance his response was, "I don't know", then he paused and said, "she would never go for me, so I don't know". What does that mean? Is he interested?

Dear Anonymous, yes, it means he's interested. If you like him, give him the shock of his life and ask him out. Not only that, tell him why you like him. Honesty from the get go can lead to some pretty amazing friendships and relationships.
